This being my first solo home purchase, Haley and her team made things feel easy, as she kept communication simple to understand and the process extremely efficient. There was some shady stuff going on with the sellers’ agent, but Haley handled it all like a total pro—shielding me from the drama and keeping everything cool on my end. She always had my back and made sure I felt informed and confident every step of the way. At the end of the day, she got the deal done for me! Shoutout to her awesome assistant Mia, too, who was super helpful during the inspection and final walkthrough. They’re a great team! "Haley and Heidi are fantastic! They sold our home in Sept 2021 and sold it in record time of only 4 days. Then in November my wife and I decided to stay here in Yakima. I am not the easiest person to deal with and they both worked diligently and professionally in finding our new home. Most agents forget about their clients after the sale, however both have stayed in contact with us monthly. My wife and I will always use their services while in WA even if its on the West side of the mountain"

"Haley was wonderful to work with. We started the process early as we were relocating from Arizona, and even though we started looking six months before we were even in the area Haley kept in contact with us; we never felt we were "on the back burner" for her. Her knowledge of the area and the available inventory allowed her to direct us through our long distance search and navigate our "must haves" - not an easy task as both of ours were very specific. Haley was always made herself available when we were able to make a quick trip up to view properties. When we did find "the one" Haley negotiated very well on our behalf, convincing the sellers to accept our offer. The property closed quickly, easily, and while we were out of state; she made sure everything was secure until our return. Being unfamiliar with local contractors and businesses, she was a wealth of information and provided multiple recommendations. We intend this to be our Forever Home, but if something should change, we will reach out to Haley and her team again!"
